the opportunity of a [[lifetime]]

on tuesday night..i was blogging hoping around, errr..11:47..and i randomly ended up on the seniorologie blog–it’s basically a site full of inspiration for senior photographers. anyways, so i’m on the website and i see that they are having a contest for ONE photographer to win a FREE SEAT at a workshop in atlanta this coming spring–hosted by four AHHHHHMAZING senior photographers.

it’s now 11:57 and i decide—what the heck…i’ll write my 50 words or less about why this opportunity would be the greatest thing ever for me. and you see, i never enter contests…because i always think…it’ll never be me.

so last night..the ten finalists were posted on their blog…and i slowly started scrolling through them..number 1…4…7…and there..plain as day at number 10..was my name.

and if i told you i didn’t cry..i would be a liar. 😉 and i didn’t even win anything.

i can’t even begin to express how excited i am to even be considered as a “finalist” and how much of an honor it is to be in a group with so many talent artists. but what i can tell you is how badly i want the opportunity to attend this workshop.

the contest works like this…anyone can go onto the blog and read the 10 finalists “statements”…and all you have to do is comment on the post with the number that corresponds with which one you liked the best (NUMBER 10 OBVIOUSLY!!!)–it ends on november 12th at midnight.

so pretty pretty please with sugar on top…GO HERE and vote for me.

i will love you forever and always. that’s a promise.
